Samsung Galaxy S10 Review – Everything You Need To Know

Battery Life:

The Galaxy S10 comes with a 3400mAh battery, I’m not sure why Samsung didn’t opt for a bigger battery for this phone.

The battery in this phone will last for a little over one day of moderate use. The Galaxy S10 uses Adaptive Fast Charging technology which is based on Quick Charge 2.0.

This seems a bit outdated because there are other phones that support USB-C PD and higher-wattage chargers.

Wireless Powershare is a new feature that gives you the ability to use the phone as a power bank to charge other Qi-enabled devices by placing it on the back panel of the phone.

However, it’s extremely slow to charge a phone this way, Samsung needs to improve this feature.

Hardware & Performance:

The Galaxy S10 comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor or the Exynos 9820 depending on where you buy it.

The phone also has 8GB of RAM and you can choose between two variants the 128GB or 512GB of internal storage.

The Galaxy S10 has a MicroSD card slot, an IP68 water resistant rating and wireless charging capabilities as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack.

This phone is delicate so if you’re looking for a rugged phone, you should not consider getting the Galaxy S10. The phone performs very well when multi-tasking, it’s very fast and responsive.

My Final Thought:

The main selling point for the Galaxy S10 is the beautiful display screen that it possesses. Aside from the display screen, the phone is extremely fast and powerful and the battery life is decent.

The camera is not bad but it does not perform as well as the Google Pixel 3 in low-light conditions. The Samsung Galaxy S10 is a good phone but it’s not perfect by any means.

But the pros outweigh the cons, however, if you currently have the Galaxy S9. I would not recommend upgrading to this phone, because it’s expensive and the minor upgrades that it offers does not justify the hefty price tag.
