Boost Mobile has been around since the year 2000, however, this cell phone service provider (service provider) is not as popular as Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, or Sprint. If you’re not familiar with the Boost Mobile plans I will tell you everything you need to know about them.
We are all familiar with the major service providers that I mentioned above. However, many people may not be familiar with the lesser known service providers that are currently available to them.
These service providers are great because they use the same cell phone towers and infrastructure as the big companies but they offer their own selection of phones long-term and they have their own rates.
Some of the lesser known service providers include Cricket Wireless, Metro PCS, and Boost Mobile. These companies use the same cell towers as Sprint, AT&T, and T-Mobile.
Boost Mobile is a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) which offers prepaid cell phone service via Sprint’s CDMA/LTE networks.
When this service first started it was marketed towards the younger demographic. However, their plans work well for anyone who is on a tight budget.
